COURSE DESCRIPTION
This course provides a theoretical and practical approach to
examining the role that unmet needs and substitute satisfaction play in the
development of a gambling disorder. Course content includes:

Identifying family history patterns and examining their relationship to the
gambling disorder.

Reviewing the gambler's cycle of rebellion, guilt, shame and conformity by
examining the 'Teflon' phase and the 'Velcro' phase of rebellion and
conformity.
